Processing & Shipping

• Orders ship within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends & holidays), unless otherwise noted in the product description (for example, preorders will have a separate shipping schedule; if your order includes a preorder item, then the whole order won't be fulfilled until the preorder item is set to ship).
• You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 | Typically arrives 4-6 business days after shipping.
• Free Standard Shipping: Available on US orders $100+ (before tax & after discounts).

International Shipping

We ship to select countries, including Canada, Mexico, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel. Import duties & taxes are not included in shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
• No refunds for lost or stolen packages—please file a claim with the carrier:
