Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchange Policy
Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Exchange: We offer size exchanges only for the same item.
Please note: We do not offer refunds, store credit, or product swaps.
Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Processing Time: Exchanges may take up to 10 business days after we receive your return.
How to Request an Exchange
Use our online account portal or email hello@ladyspinedoc.com with your order number and exchange request. Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions. Send returns to:

Non-Returnable Items
All hats, beanies, accessories, gift cards, and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
